I also have a similar question. If you eliminate your teammate in a doubles/triples game, will you get points from them if you win?

No, you will not. Points will be distributed normally.

If i attack my teammate accidentally, and take away his continent bonus, can i take my turn over since it was a mistake?

of course type ctrl F5 then yell zulu zulu then type stupidmove

and you can replay your turn...you have to do it quickly though
