What are your standards for mods? Like how would you pick between all of the other members on the site?

P.S. Just in case you are wondering I am in no way pushing myself into your view. (I would like it but there may be some better options)

I don't know, but I'm going to pretend like I do because I'm bored right now, so this might be correct, but it probably isn't.

I'm guessing they need people that:
1) Are on the site several hours a day.
2) Have overall had a positive impact on the community and the forums.
3) Don't seem like they would go crazy and delete all the posts. :lol:

There are several things looked at. One is how helpful you are in the forums. You also need a thick skin. ;-)
