Why is there no conqueror type medal for the player with the most medals?

Because the medals are the medals. There is also a scoreboard that also recognizes a player with the most medals.

You could try suggesting this in the suggestions forum if you want to push this idea.

I am looking for the particular quote and link (I'll edit it in if I find it), but it has been said somewhere (by someone official, I want to say it was blake) that there are not going to be medals for having other medals.
