Based a chat /pm/ wall entry, is there a direct way to find out who has foed you or who is on other player's foe list ? Obviously foed players do not appear on your game listing except for tournments.

If you can post on their wall, they've not placed you on their foes list(yet.....)

It's a process of elimination, go through all the players present in the game and check each profile to find out which Walls you're prohibited from posting on.

One problem with that is also that you can't post on anyone's wall if they aren't on the scoreboard. Meaning, you can't post if they haven't been active in games within the last month.
