Move Mapboard to top of screen

It is probably a related to Metsfan being the last one to edit the first post. Or maybe thread splitting, was this thread ever split?

Edit: I edited the first post and now it shows greenoaks again...

It's the former. phpBB is glitchy about this stuff sometimes, just gotta live with it for the most part.
