Take a look at Chapcrap ratings that he has left to numerous players. He more often than not leaves zero stars. If this has an overall negative affect on rating, he should remove all his zero ratings. For when he gave me a zero rating, as his teammate, he explained it doesn't affect overall rating. So if it does affect rating, then he is adversely effecting players rating through uninformed actions and he should remove all his bad ratings.
After all Chapcrap does explain that he is unsure of how the ratings work, for in his own words he makes an authoritative judgment and with his next words writes "I'm pretty sure" on page 3 of this thread. So he has given 100's of zero ratings without knowing their effect.
Clarity is needed about the zero star rating.
