Concise description:

• An option to have a 1,000,000 round limit

Specifics/Details:

• Currently we only have a maximum of 100 round limit option available. I was just thinking "how cool would it be to have an option for a 1,000,000 round limit"

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

• People like to have options. This option would help make sure that there is enough time to complete a game without having a "surprise" game ending moment like what happens often in the 100 round limit games. It's not fair, especially in BR's when players don't have ample time to build stacks of armies. With this option there will now be plenty of time but there will be the added benefit of a limit so that the game dosen't potentially go on forever.

If you think that 1,000,000 is excessive than maybe something like 100,000 rounds instead?

Idk something more than 100? I just think that 1,000,000 would be sweet just because it would give everyone ample time to build armies w/o being "caught holding the bag" so to speak.

Like I said maybe 1,000,000 is excessive and might be the wrong number to settle on but the point is do you or anyone want to be stuck holding the bag in a 100 round game to where the winner is decided by the biggest stack and not the best strategic position?

Wouldn't you rather have a situation to where you had ample time to finish the game properly?

Again maybe 1,000,000 rounds is an excessive number but there should certainly be an option that could provide players the luxury of having more than a 100 round limit.

At the end of the day I still think it would be badass to have number like 1,000,000 as an option. If we had that option, I for one would choose it every game!

63,841 is the optimal round limit that gives the benefits you desire. You just need to use calculus to calculate the maximum. Or you can graph it.

How many games have gone that long? When I think about something higher than 100, I would think 500 or 1000 would be sufficient.

Many games already are. I'd say at least one-quarter of the time, everything past turn 1 is window dressing.
