What does "24hour run off period" mean? -awkward-

It's my tiebreak system for if there isn't a lynch before deadline .

How To Lynch Someone

1. Get a majority in before deadline, this will end the day immediately.
If this fails, initiate step two.
2. If there is a majority from the turnout, then a lynch will occur
For example - Say today, deadline comes around and only 5 people have voted, but 3 or more of those votes (a majority) are on jonty125 (other lynch candidates are available), then I would be lycnhed.
If this fails, initate step three.
3. A 24-hour runoff period will begin. This is a period of 24 hours where only voting is allowed and no discussion. You may only vote someone who had a vote at deadline (I will provide a list of lynch candidates)
For example - Say today, deadline comes around and only 5 people have voted. 2 for jonty125, 2 for NoSurvivors & 1 for no lynch. A 24-hour runoff period would begin, where people may only vote jonty, NoSuvivor or no lynch
4. If there still isn't a majority, then he who came last, will be removed from the 'Lynch List' and we repeat the process until there is a majority.
