I suppose I worded that badly. It was one report, both people visited X-Stor-X. I have no further information than that.

Regarding doubts to my claim, I was partly surprised by my role name as well and I had to double check who he was, although after seeing his face I knew straight away.

Virus, think about it. Why would IAM claim a role that no one is that familiar with unless it is true. Like he said he even had to look him up. Besides what difference does the role "name" make as long as the role personality is the same i.e. DEA. This is just a curveball from Strike.

No problem, I understood the situation after reading your report (as I said, I was fastposted).

We can proceed on the assumption that TFO is confirming Caff's report (whether he visited Caff with his standard action or with his meth action remains to be seen). If he wishes to deny it, he can do it in his next post, but I doubt he will now that Rugbirn confirmed it. Caffeine is confirmed as a watcher (99.99%, with the 0.01% being a scum trio of Caffeine, Rugbirn and TFO), with his alignment still unconfirmed. Either way, he lives (even if he is mafia, we can extract results from him).

Something for the backburner: keep in mind there is a decent chance a mafia framer (should there be one) would have targeted Stor (should he be non-mafia).

Keener, Vanco is in the game either as a character or a fakeclaim (the other - unlikely - option being Caffeine deciding to create his own fake instead of trusting Strike). As I said earlier on D1, we shouldn't try to game that setup by deciding which characters are more likely real or fake.

my vote never was on caffeine to begin with, when i posted my comment doubting him i got fastposted several times. i was only reacting to caffs claim. which without the confirmation of rugbirn, was not that strong.
actually it would not have to be a maffia trio for it to not be true.
i am not saying i believe it is the case, but a watcher does not have to be town. For maffia to watch xstorx would make sense since i would expect he attracted some attention day 1 from town powerroles so there could be a doc or cop coming in to watch him. with 3 people apparently selecting xstorx that kind of proves my point. And it would not surprise me if one of the 3 is a mafia watcher.

Can you elaborate on a watcher not having to be town. I've never seen a watcher not be town?

Yes, I visited x-stor-x with my random night action I earned from losing my vote (Which was ironically a watch!). IAmCaffeine and rugbirn visited x-stor-x. He's telling the truth.

Of course Watchers can be seen by other watchers.
That being said I still think we have a PR giver (post restriction) that gave a post restriction to Jonty, and I still don't like the WIFOM posts from cooldeals.
If we also have a gifter in the game, I would wager he was 3rd party. Caff's claim is good right now, and useful, and we need a second claim on the board. Secondly, we have 4/5 days left in this day so any pressure will have to be done quickly.

Watcher can be mafia, yes. My point in not lynching him is that he is under our command (I mean, he's accountable), even if he is mafia. Assume, for instance, our cop claims. We'll either have the cop "protected" by the mafia watcher or we'll have the mafia watcher exposed once he refuses to name his scumbuddy (or lies about it) OR he'll name his scumbuddy and we'll be 1 lynch closer to winning.

Ok I think I need to come out and say this. I've been holding this back to gauge people's reactions today and to get 1 scum fake claim out of the way. When iAmCaffeine claimed watcher with results I didn't know what to think because in my 7-8 games or so I've never seen a scum watcher. It appears this is possible though so I feel I need to claim.

IMO if IAC does flip scum, makes no sense for 1 scum team to use all their powers on myself. I would go on to say that IAC is not connected to TFO or Rugbirn. Would that make sense to you?
