So from this I gather that KE3 and Joak are 66% townie 33% Mafia. I'm not sure if that is good enough odds for me to vote either way.
Although joak has yet to fully come out and say why he didn't vote H8 so he's 50/50 at the moment.

Odds of each possibility are not that simple, some of them are more probable.

There's a 4th thing it could mean & if I come right out & say it I would need you the reviver

Don't pretend that you're the cop, we all know it's someone else. If you haven't figured it out, I'm not gonna say it out loud because then the other mafias might not have figured it out either.

Joak I'm still undecided about, he has yet to straight-up say why he never voted H8 like the other 3 on my list.
Jusplay has been rather silent since our little spat on the first day so my suspicion is again groing
KE3 although posting regularly is seeming suspicious and now tops my list

King Ed's claim that joak is townie with no evidence to back it up can only mean 3 things. He is the inventor or skitzo and discovered that he was a good guy, they are both mason brothers, or they are both mafias. Since I think that joak is connected to AFK, that would mean they are mafia. More than that, joak is the one who was pushing for me to get lynched before I had the chance to revive anyone, yet did not vote for me. I believe he would rather not take any blame once the reviver is lost.

If I have to put a priority order in my suspects list, it would go like this:

side note: I am impressed at your skills legionnare since this is your first game. It shows that you read a lot about the mafia game and that you are trying hard. You get an auto invite to any future games for sure

Yes, I am feeling much better. My nose is still full in the morning and it kind of hurts from all the Kleenexes I used, but other than that I am better.

I agree legionnare on jusplay. I think that if we lynch either joak or King Edward 3rd, it will reveal the alignment of the other, so they are still priority in my list. But I think that jusplay4fun is getting more suspicious while charm is getting less suspicious.

I for one would like to take a moment to say that I think this group of players is the best yet! Even a couple of the newbs are holding their own. Well done so far guys/includes you in context Charm (1 of the guys )!
That said, here are my top three suspect scum at the moment:

1. Joak - Just plain slippery and a lot of dancing going on
2. King Ed - Come to think he's evasive and over defensive...maybe
3. Moo - Very confusing at times...maybe just his no feeling well
