Team game point distribution

I've noticed that when one team wins in a team game, all members seem to get the same number of points, regardless of their score. This seems somewhat odd: if I have 2000 points, and my teammate has 1000 points, then shouldn't he get twice as many points as I do? In this case, that would mean him getting 2/3 of the team's winnings and me 1/3, rather than 1/2 each.

The current system seems to cheat low-ranked players with high-ranked teammates, while giving the high-ranked teammates more points than they've really earned.

That's the penalty you get for playing with good partners. Theoretically the game should be easier to win with them in it. Vice versa for bad partners.

If you really want to get the most points out of a team game, you should play play with the lowest ranked people you can find. Assuming you can win the game that is.

I think its good the way it is. I just dont like how if the points cant be split equally, the points are rounded down not up.

Agreed! And I deserve more points, after teach some partners how to play team games

And I also dislike the points being rounded down, even with there are 2 points to be distributed for 3 players.

Now that deadbeats are included in the points, it should always split evenly and rounding will no longer be an issue.
