Why not do the pre-season as a single game on a random map that does not affect the tourney outcome; to avoid having the thing wait another 6-7 weeks to become active?

Instead of a meaningless pre-season game, we should have a challenge round where we can challenge another player for team name or home map.

We will follow the first four steps of the NFL tiebreaker rules. If needed a tiebreaker game will be played between teams on a random map.

Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs).
Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division.
Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games.
Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.
Tiebreaker Game on random map.
