Pattaya? I was there last year for a conference. Great little town! I'm sure there are better restaurants, but I liked Tequila Reef, and PIC Kitchen was nice, too, although there weren't many people there. Good Mexican joints are few and far between here in Hong Kong.

I bet you come back some day,nearly everyone does..it's so cosmopolitan.Great nightlife,climate,expat community,quite cheap if you avoid the tourist traps etc.But I'm biased..
