A best-of-3, 16-player bracket-style knockout tournament.[/color]
Players must select one of the available cities as their 'home' city.
Each best-of-three clash will involve games on each players' 'home' city (no trench) and a third game on City Mogul (trench).
First Turn Rules:

When going first, all players should not take any regions from their opponents (or neutral player). Depleting an opponent's region (or neutral region) is allowed. If any regions are conquered (or annihilated), and it is reported to the Tournament Organiser, then this will result in losing the game in question.
If the same player starts all 3 games, and the Tournament Organiser is informed, then an additional 2 games will be created to make it a best-of-5 round.

Each match will be Automatic, Sequential, Escalating Spoils, Adjacent Reinforcements, Fog of War & 20 Round Limit.

There will be 16 players.
Players must have a 97% attendance record, have played a minimum 25 matches, and not have dropped out from one of my tournaments previously! Premium required.
Players will have 24 hours to join their matches from when the joining PM is sent. Failure to do so will result in a reserve being sought (harsh, I know).

After the First Round, reserve PMs will initially be sent to the player(s) eliminated in the previous round. If none of these players respond within 24 hours, then all players eliminated will be sent a PM. When a PM is sent, the first reserve to respond will gain a place.
