It's because you don't have an free slots open because you aren't premium.

Actually CC never fixed the bug that makes poly games count as more than one game for non-premium.

I have learned a lot as a non-premium member here since I quit purchasing it. I mean I started in 2008 here, and never had a gap in premium...Send other two games when you are online.

Not to mention, only 2 hours left on your turn in the Arms Race.
