I get why people are offended but dual treatment has to be given to all of such offensive usernames. IMO he should get in trouble for what he wrote, though. Just my $0.02

In fairness, while that may be what is happening in the entertainment industry etc., it has never been the policy on CC. "I am one" has never been accepted as a defense for using the "N-word" or "Q-word" or whatever.

I'm not supporting or opposing the policy, but just clarifying that CC has tried to maintain a higher standard than what might be the rules in other places. What may be happening on a loading dock in Brooklyn is not really relevant to what is acceptable here.
