roadrunner5 & Fox5: being Multis / secrete diplomacy[SN]

Post by GeneralHERO »

Accused:

Fox5
roadrunner5

The accused are suspected of:

Being Multis
Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Game number(s):

Game 15581359

Comments: I would like you to take a look at both of these players. I was playing a game with them and they started making irrational moves. The type of moves you would only make in a team game. In this game roadrunner5 throws all his troops away to thin me out for yellow to take me out. There has been no alliance in chat but for some reason they are playing together.

Here are a few things I thought seemed weird after looking at their accounts and this game:
1. Similar names. Both use 5 at the end of their names
2. Both take turns in 24hr games within an hour of each other. In this match they were always on and able to take turn withing they hour of the other player.
3. irrational moves. Road thinned me out for yellow. They didn't get great rolls though.
4. I had the most troops and both of them sacrificed their own standing to thin me out rather than trying to set up an execute for cards. We were playing escalating but they were taking 4 territories in a turn and throwing all troops at me to weaken me but not touching each other at all. It made no sense.
5. There was no chat between them in the game so there was no alliance made public.
6. They play tons of games together but it seems to be an in spurts. I wouldn't be surprised if there are a few shell accounts.
7. This was turn 8: http://screencast.com/t/j2ipNaVK on turn 9 green/road ran everything into dubai, cleared me out of anckorage using chicago, and they completely avoided each other. It made no sense for him to run all his troops in on me like that. Look at yellow. He is in perfect spot to wipe out yellow with a set. he has a set http://screencast.com/t/leP4EpTv uses it, and instead of taking out yellow which was easy for him to accomplish he starts killing me off. I mean really look at this. He puts 23 troops up through ankorage and throws all his 16 troops away on me in dubai. When yellow was an easy kill with his set. They then ofc start poking me down while not touching each other. I pointed out in chat that road needed to break fox hold on EU to stop bonus. The only reason they did that was to not raise suspicion. Just add up the numbers. Road could have killed fox with his set for sure but that is not their goal. Their goal is to get Fox the win since he is the higher rank of this multi.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I am just frustrated by this. I could be wrong and they could just be friendly with each other since they have played so many games but it seems so fishy.

They're from different countries supposedly, although that's not hard to fake. My guess is family/friends, so they might be blocked from playing against each other.

Can't you just Herkules your way out of this or something?

similar names, similar play times, not attacking each other, tons of games with each other, not making alliances public, I don't care if it is his mother. That is cheating and they should not be playing the same games together if they aren't playing fair. If you want to play with a buddy you don't have secrete alliances. Also I don't think this is a buddy. This seems more like multi account to me because of the names and playtimes. I want one of the multihunters to take a look at the whole account. If I am wrong fine. If I am not then they should get the appropriate punishment.

There may be some secret diplomacy, but not likely multies. One is in Denmark and the other is in the U.S.

easily faked. If you are running a multi with thousands of games you would take the time to fake it.

check Fox5 and Q19. Coincidence that they are online. OR Im playing 2 vs one. If this person is guilty, i think theres more than one ID for the same person. If not, at least we checked.

Exactly. I think this guy has multiple shell accounts. I was looking through his match histories and it seems like there are spurts where he plays with shell accounts and the times seem the same. I could be wrong but I think this is fishy.

I've been in quite a few games with Fox5 over the past several weeks and although his style of play makes me wonder if he is missing a few boards off his porch , I don't believe he is a multi.

Well I have played tons of games with them, particularly 8+ player games. Haven't notice any alliance among them.
You played your first game here and were able to file a report, makes me wonder that you your self are a multi.

No it doesn't. Don't be silly. And it's not my first game. I asked if it was against the rules and what to do about it in chat then they refereed me here. I mean they basically traded a win this match. Road had clear kill on fox and instead they both went on me which would open each other up to attacks if they didn't have some backroom alliance or multi. Then they scooped for cards and swept the board. At very least there was a secrete alliance. Which doesn't make me as mad as the possibility of a multi. The SA is w.e. they could have just announced it and it would have been almost the same outcome.
