DAY 8

The Mafia's numbers were low. Frank Costello, dead. It was time to cut off all distractions. Colin Sullivan and Madolyn had gotten serious, but she never did fully trust him. He never completely had her heart either. Costigan was dead and she had her suspicions about Colin. He couldn't pull the trigger himself, but the rest of the mafia rather enjoyed it. She was found tied to a chair, her clothes ripped and her throat slit.

Talapus (Madolyn, Roleblocker) has joined the departed.

With 8 Alive, it takes 5 to Lynch!

I actually liked Mandolyn in the movie....GAH!

Also Wicked, I think you should be careful right now. We have 8 players alive, and we still aren't sure of the number of scums alive. 21 players to start with, 3 scums down.

I am far from thinking there is only 1 scum left, and probably 2 left to find. But there could be 3. We COULD be at LYLO right now.

Well Freezie and jnd haven't have a part in most of the lynches. In a game like this you kinda need votes to lynch people. So it would make sense that they voted for a few of the departed. On the other hand, Dwight has had his finger in almost every lynch, and usually by the end if the votes are in order. vote dwight.

Sheep, can you explain that sentence to me? Off that count, I participated in the 4 last lynches ( the post count is wrong..) and JND ( which I replaced ) participated in the first lynch.

freezie and Cola are my two remaining suspicions. I've been suspicious of Cola all game, and I think pancakemix might even have hinted him when he said we should "look at the mandy wagon" that happened on Day 1. And I'm still suspicious of freezie because of pancake's Day 1 vote on jnd.

OK after reading back through.... *YAAAAWN*.... damn spammers, it's no wonder no one likes you.

anyway, cola and LSU appear the scummiest to me ATM. The fact Cola has been FOS'd and voted by half the players here and never been lynched just furthers my suspicion of him, since his scum buddies were diverting the town's attention from him.

Not as much on LSU, but he appears suspicious for mentioning the doc (which we know he's not since he claimed vanilla)... only people who mention the doc are the doc (trying to breadcrumb) or scum. That, and he's very agreeable.

Sooo... I think I already voted Cola (will check in a minute and vote him if not), and lemme add a FOS on LSU.

We already discussed this! I knew if Willis happened to come up scum I would be the next to be lynched. Mandy's theory was bogus, admit it. And it makes sense Fircoal tried to divert attention away from his mafia partner! Do you really think two mafia partners would defend ONE other partner (especially Willis... sorry) and provide an obvious link to see? I just didn't want the town to lose someone who could REALLY help the town.

I have nothing else to say. I"m plain townie that posted "nice" without quoting your statement on your suspiciouns mostly because it was 2am over here and I was sleepy. Lynch me if you want, but the wiser choice would be to have a cop role if any are still left follow someone that they haven't followed yet and see their actions as my townie role will either be in the house or else getting killed by scum as I don't have any special powers here.

For the record I'm still in the process of rereading all these pages as I'm on dialup and have been here off and on this morning.

Offhand I'm going to say that at least two people will claim "cop" still as we still have keenman(the old guy in the movie) and the mafia rat, Colin Sullivan) working in the PD. There may actually be a 2nd rat working there being that the movie showed two cops being on Costello's payroll.

This game started with 21 people so I believe it's safe to say that there is probably 5 scum members total so that would leave 2 more to kill.

I haven't been submarining, the1exile and sheepofdumb have been doing THAT. I think it would be nice to hear from them. At this point I'm not sure about any leads, I'll have to go back and re-read.

3 very important things you forgot Wicked.

First, JND and I don't think the same, though our roles might be the same since I replaced him. So his vote doesn't count for me.

Second, I dropped the hammer on diddle, cause he wastoasted anyway. I didn't beleive he was a scum, but the hammer was basicly dropped, someone didn't unvote when he voted diddle.

Third, I VOTED Willis, then YOU asked us to unvote from him to role-claim, which I heartly agreed and did. Funy enough, you all voted before I could vote back.

It doesn't completely remove my suspicion of you Freezie, but it's enough for now to get me to point my finger elsewhere. Unvote - - Freezie, Vote - - - Dwight

Well I usually find that I agree with the incriminating evidence is used to lynch them. I'm just showing that dwight isn't the only one who's voted at every lynch.

It wasn't based on the fact that he had voted at every lynch, what mattered were which ones he voted for and which he didn't.
Though seeing as how this theory didn't work on dwight, I'm reluctant to pursue it.
