Just look at their games... no explanation needed. They are either multis or have a secret diplomacy. Scorpion1959 plays with one or the other of these two and wins 98% of the time. They do not attack each other until the end of the game.

I too played a game with Scorpion1959 and Rui. If you look at their pattern of play in all the games Scorpion wins its evident that Rui is a pawn for Scorpion... He uses Ranger Niko 50 the same way. I have no idea why someone would cheat these games but its ridicilous what these clowns do... Plus super obvious
