Organising a march takes hundreds of volunteers. Some of them might be "leadership" but others are just low-level volunteers. I'm sure anyone who wanted to know the route could have found out very easily. Pretty sure the bullets were recruited prior to the incident. I heard some had writings painted on them like WWII bombs did, but after they were shot, the writings disappeared as the bullet changed shape.
