I can overlook the other abuse, but there is no place in this world (and indeed on this site) for racism. It is clearly against the site rules - this is a clear violation of those rules, and I hope the MODS can enforce their rules here to the letter: I will attempt to attach a screen shot of the PM here. Just in case that doesn't work, I have pasted the PM below (and can forward the original to anyone who requests to see it). Thank you. KICK RACISM OUT!!!!!!!!!!

The "N" word and any and ALL variations on spelling and pronunciation will be considered to be a racist remark and will be dealt with under the current guidelines for bigotry and racism.

Edit: Context is to be considered. However, using it to call someone or a group of people a name, even if as a joke is not acceptable.
It has been mentioned to me that the word is used in many song lyrics, most sung by those who are most offended by the word, when they mention it, it is not racist or bigoted.

The fact he is a member of "[Official] SoC Training Academy". Just like for example my student Vinc. It appears people are out of touch with the SoC nowadays. Teachers will be a member of something else. I do team training, I'm a member of "SoC Team Game Teachers". Some really official people, think dhallmeyer, also have a fancy colour. This guy is in no way associated with the SoC, he is just enrolled as student I guess.

first, nice avatar... second, was just doing a quick fly by, he is a member of the [official] group. i stand corrected. regardless, no defense for this action. and for those suggesting you merely report the action by clicking the report button on the PM, screw that. when it isn't made public, there is no record of it, there is no way to say, "this is the third offense, they need to be gone", etc... for stuff like this, people need to be aware of the sites stance and the consequences. lately, it has been rock solid and i applaud them.-Bj

Everything else is irrelevant. Racist language is the complaint here. Racism, and the use of racist language, is deeply concerning. It is bottom of the pile, the lowest of the low. It is the one thing that is eating our society apart. It has no place on this site - or any place for that matter. You clearly do not understand the severity of your breach - and how even subconsciously considering racism as "ok" or "just one of those things" is helping to encourage the spread of an evil, ignorant, bitter form of hatred. To use that word, thinking it's ok, suggests you are at best uneducated. But stupidity is still no excuse for racism. You deserve to be punished harshly - and hopefully it will teach you to think a bit more about what you have written and why you have written it.
