Are you kidding? Once they established their territories, they haven't touched eachother except for stray armies. Sinacio has had 12 armies on Nerada for about 3 rounds now, and hasn't attacked Palmerstown to break up Enano's territory. Enano has had 1 army on that territory for 3 turns and now just starts fortifying it.
