I am boxed in mostly in the France/England/Spain region and I offered to leave warmonger (Green) to expand East while I take Spain, England and France. Relatively small bonuses compared to Germany and the eastern Europe bonuses.

What started with him wanting peace between our two bonuses turned to him attacking me shortly after asking for truce, breaking my bonus and causing me having to retaliate. Which then is followed by him saying "GG yellow" as he then sets on just attacking me when he has options. I'm boxed in and he keeps deploying. He's throwing the game intentionally to fight me because ultimately he left me no room to move elsewhere. I need to fight to survive but he's fighting in a way that he KNOWS he is giving the game to yellow.

I've played quite a few games on the site and I understand FFA has similar cases and some things can seem iffy. But he has shown in game chat that he is only interested in fighting me, not about winning. So I believe there is reasonable evidence to point out intentional game-throwing/giving away points.

hmmm... very interesting complaint. he isn't breaking any rules. he hasn't broken any rules. you just don't like how he is playing. they are going to tell you to FOE AND MOVE ON... so, sorry it isn't going how you want it to go, but not everyone plays how you think or want them to. good luck in the future. the black jesus has spoken...-Jésus noir

Reading the game chat, you two seem to have a different opinion on how the game is going and in spite your explaining, he still doesn't seem to follow you. You also threatened him that if he attacks you one more time you will "ensure his defeat". I am not sure how someone reacts to that but I believe it is usually in a negative manner that only worsens the situation between the players. As what has been said before, this is just a matter of differences in gameplay.

I don't even see anyone clearly winning the game and green is actually getting the most starting troops as of now.
