Comment/Text Box when creating a game

The "speed game" or real-time game options might take some time to put together, but it seems like it would be an easy temporary fix to give the game creator an opportunity to post a few sentences about the game if s/he had something specific in mind for how the game would play out. If someone sees a game noted as "real time" and joins anyway, they wind up on ignore lists and the problem starts fixing itself.
