We have yet to hear from green, he'll let us know if he took any turns.
As for working it out with the other team, that won't be an issue.

I've gone back to using Google Spreadsheets and will do everything manually. You can now see results so far for the first two weeks. I'll update the league standings once all games from the first week are complete.

As for our own match, I guess it's hard to predict when our team will basically playing against just you. I'm assuming you tell llama what to do nearly every turn?

Nah...there are maps he is good at...I didn't play from 2013-2016 so he will help with those...I always leave chat advice to anyone I play with...keeps me plugged into the game
