Hi,
I'd like to put my poly tournaments in a serie of 8 poly tournaments, with a grand final at the end, where all finalists of tournaments will play for a general achievement medal.

GA medal approved and to be award to the winner of this Grand Final

The format will be the same as tourneys :
16 players (finalists of poly tournaments), best of three.

Maps used : classic, world 2.1,doodle earth, land and sea.

Round 1 : poly 2 doodle Earth
Round 2 : poly 3 classic
round 3 : poly 4 land and sea
final : poly 2,3 and 4 world 2.1

If someone is at least finalist in 2 or more tourneys, he will take 2 or more spots in bracket.

Exactly, with 2 others maps.

There's a lot of islands maps, I think this tourney will use 10 maps and will not use oceania islands maps. (same tournament format but 3 maps on round 1, 2 and 3 and the same for final)

I will put it with Latina America when I will be able to begin Africa and N. America.

fairman, by reaching 4 finals for the moment, will take at least 4 plots!

Remember you should have at least 8 different players....I said this because I've seen fairman winning 3 tournaments and since you take the other finalist as well this shouldn't be an issue...

As it can happen, I'm searching a way to solve this issue.

You already have 7 different players (there is a semi final with chidone and Kid Moe.
In the other unfinished tournament, you still have aaron, Jplo, ooge and ultraman that get a chance to reach a final.
So it should be ok

The only situation where there would be a pb is :

If in poly europ iAmcaffeine and fairman will win their round AND in poly pole if iAmcaffeine will win against ooge.

the semi against fairman and ultraman will not bring new potential qualified.

if iAmCaffeine succeeds, we will have a problem, as we will have only 7 different players qualified for this grand final.

If so, the only solution i see is that I would restrict number of qualification to 4. So fairman will loose one spot. and I would proceed to another turn of qualification with semi finalists.

For the moment, we have :
Frito Bandito, morleyjoe, aaronvollrath, chidone, molespe, JPlo64, Tobikera, vexx and in the case we're talking about, ooge. 9 players.
- or a game with all these players, question is about settings and map...
- or I could take in theses semi finalists, players who reaches more semi finals : chidone and aaronvollrath (2 times each). it could be a best of three. (map and setting TBD)

If anyone has other solution, or indication how to manage this kind of issue.

I agree to the first solution with a limit of 4 if there is only 7 qulified players

The fairest way to be making a game with the 9 players in a Random map, ESC- CH - S, winner qualifies to the final...at least each of them have bonus game to make it thru...

We have 8 different players! so we can launch as previewed this grand final.

Every remaining tourney is now in final. I will wait the end of all final before lauching this grand final (and at the same time I'll go for holidays )
