Because it's actually a vibrant forum with a community. Anything good comes from OT and has for some time.

Why would it be a joke? The site has a pretty vibrant and mostly friendly community that enjoy chatting and arguing. Sure, there's the occasional villain in the drama, but people tend to rally round. I've helped people plan their holidays, find theologians, get help for their kids, write essays, and many other odd little things. I've been helped to cook better, seen movies, read books, and listened to music that I wouldn't have otherwise known existed.

There's a lot of good within the forums. Don't knock it.

I hate to say this (because I loved this site and I loved the off topics forum) but I'm going to use the phrase "The site used to have a pretty vibrant community that enjoyed chatting and arguing." The amount of chatters and arguers that have left were not replaced in similar (or greater) numbers by new chatters and arguers. There is a community; I wouldn't call it vibrant. Unfortunately, I do not have a solution that would involve bringing back those that left or appealing to new chatters and arguers. And certainly the Trash Can subforum did not bring back enough of those that left or bring enough new ones in.

Ive got a lot more freemiums to save from falling back into the outside world. Too much work to do here for me to leave, plus I have a stand up team in our district, most of which you all have had the pleasure/displeasure of meeting for they sometimes sit for me while I'm abroad.

We need to keep people here on CC where we can shush them at our discretion and try our best to mold them into someone we like as a player to where we might not have to foe them.


That was a long sentence I know but to prove my point I'm going to buy TGD premium now solely because he needs to be confused more.

Unfortunately girth isn't one of my main attributes, but I find if it's not to a partner's standard I can just turn off the lights, fold that bad boy in half and it gets the job done.

Yeah, I realise this is about trash can. I'd say we're both on the same wavelength regarding the issue. You however, seem a dash perturbed by the manner in which I put my thoughts across.
