terts in log and browse map feature

[logs and terts being show

Logs/Terts:

• when i drag my mouse over top of the name of a country in the log in a sunny game it should highlight like when you hover over a players name

also quickly locates a country (especially helpful in speed games)

• easier play on more complicated maps, should be easy to implement, and allows for a more diverse amount of maps to be played with players who normally wouldn't partake in certain maps based on not understanding border definitions

:2nd suggestion

Browse maps:

• when searching in browse maps, when hovering over each tert/bonus area should have the same descriptions that in game has to help understand maps before playing them

Go to Personal Menu on left of screen and click on Settings...scroll down and click away on what you want.
