At the moment you have just arrived in a new found land to found a new city: Umbudiga. When you first read this letter you thought it was a joke but it was very serious you where going to colonize a new land which had only recently been discovered. Even with modern technology!!
Unfortunately you could only take so many things with you electricity will come later you only have batteries for the first Year then your on your own you need to provide your own entertainment and everything.
You have enough food to last 2 years then your on your own.

But before anything you must elect a mayor. The mayor cannot be lynched while in office and they are in office for 4 years at the end of 4 years then can be reelected or just curl up into a ball and die

Now for the rule of the season:

The UN sanctioned that the town may vote it's own jury of 5 people each season. These people will in the case of a no vote at the end of the season when the person being trailed (i.e. the person with the most votes) is guilty or not guilty.

The next rule will be sent via air mail on the 1st day of the next season.

The reason is because you're on the boat on the way there and you get the roles when the Mayor



There are 4 stages each year

Spring - Election (Various votes to do with rules of town)
Year 1, 5, 9, 13, 17, 21 etc. - Mayor Elections
Every Year - Jury Elections
Even No. Years - Town Rules Elections
Odd No. Years (excluding year 1) - Taxes (spent on various things like paying the mod ;) )
Summer - Trading (Selling food for various items)
Autumn - Lynching Time (Obvious)
Winter - All other events (Nightime, Marriages, Giving Birth Etc.)
