Well. We know he has been poisoned. This either means that someone actively poisoned him (SK role?), or that Blacky did something to get poisoned (although, I've never heard of a passive poisoner, though). We can't really do anything about this, but it seems as if someone might be able to save him. They'll probably decide that on their own. We don't need anyone to claim a healer role, nor do we want people to plan their night actions for everyone to see.

I'd still like chap to explain why a claim makes a person not scummy.

Why does dakky think we should be discussing him? Did he try something? Did he expect to be seen? Was he intending to be a decoy? Also, he suggests that the blacky poisoning was meant to divert attention from something else. What could be so important that sacrificing blacky would be worth it? . That's why I suggested food poisoning. Blacky may have been peacefully trying to eat someone lower on the food chain.

A healer was mentioned in my N1 info from the mod. It's not me, but there is one. So, there's hope for blacky.
And, of course, this throws him into the town grouping.
He also could have been poisoned by misdirection, like a bus driver or some other misdirecting role.
That is, someone else was intended to be poisoned, but that action was re-directed to blacky.
One of the downsides to mis-direction roles, they can sometimes hurt innocent townies.

This is because we know no real truth. So, yeah, if someone claims a powerful town role, then I would be inclined to go with it for day 1. Same exact thing that was done for jfm.

As stated several times, chapcrap, I, and I believe Ragian the same, found pershy's play, esp. taking jfm10 to L-1, atypical play for him based on many games playing with and against him. His claim could have been true or false. Pershy is an experienced player who can make anything seem real. And, Town Leech is so out there, I found it inconceivable that it was true, or that anyone would counterclaim it.

No. I completely disagree. Jmf's blunder, to me, looked like a noob mistake. Pershy is experienced and came off scummy. I was wrong. If you want to kill me for that, go right ahead. You'd be left in the dark with no lynch, though. See how we're debating the lynch now? What you should ask yourself is whether you believe scum would orchestrate a lynch D1 on a townie (and thus expose themselves). If you think yes, they would, then go right ahead. My thoughts, however, are that if scum are on the vote, then they have made sure not to be one of the main driving forces nor close to the hammer.

Hopefully it's not a trigger-happy vig, leaves SK and scum. Not alignment indicative in the case of the SK, but obviously non-scum if he's been targeted by them.

It's a double edged sword though. If he was a scum we would have gotten rid of a pretty powerful one as well. And I believe he has been acting scummy. I should steer clear from lynches too close from the deadline though, it seems speed lynching isn't my strong suit.

I guess I was thinking that its more likely a scum can cause harm than a townie. Also because of the ratios of town to scum

An SK would target whoever and you having been targeted by an SK (if that's the case) is not alignment indicative. I don't think I've tried a game where scum poison their targets for them to live the entirety of the next day. Anyone? I'd presume that it's an active SK or a passive 3rd party/town role like a paranoid gu owner or something...

Now that I think about it, Ragian, I think you are right. If it was a mis-direction play, then he could be anything. But, if he was targeted, then probably town.
