hey guys, sorry I couldn't get to a computer sooner.

The person I hid with last night was Serbia.

And the reason why i didn't reveal who I was gonna hid with last night was because the mafia would have known who I was gonna hide with, and kill them. Thus killing me.

I also find it very weird that the mafia groups have no way to communicate to each other (or at least thats what i got from looking over the thread) Whats the point of having multiple people in a mafia if they don't really do anything?

I am intersted in the daybreak scene (very nice btw Talapus ) where I am found in my cell having some sort of panic attack.

Question 1: Why was I hiding in my cell at 2 in the morning. I have a feeling that I might have been role-blocked. It's the only explanation as to why i was in my cell.

Question 2: Did the mafia target me, becuase ther was that crazy looking guy outside my cell, which happened to be the only locked.

No. There is no guarantee for anything. That's what I was trying to say. There are many ways to undermine CMK's ability. Even if he's telling the truth about his role we have to decide whether he is more of a liability than a help.

Just a little clarification on my last post:

The hider role is supposed to be hidden(makes sense no?) Now that CMK is out in the open scum can easily manipulate us if we assume that CMK can definitively tell us someone's role.

Scum hider gets maybe 30% of the people being scum that he can hide behind. = much more difficult role.

I think that CMK's whole roleclaim is a bunch of bullshit, for many reasons. (1 He wasnt directly under suspicion when he did it. In fact, Im pretty sure I cleared his name, then he roleclaimed. That is somewhat odd. (2 Im pretty sure he is mafia and is just hiding behind his pals. Why are we believing every thing he says, or even believe if he even is a hider? He is a noob, but just becasue he pulls out a fancy role like that doesnty mean he actually has it. In NV3, if you remember, I was a noob and i said I was a mason, and ppl believed me becuase they didnt think i knew these roles yet.

A couple of players (freezie too I believe) voted for me because you say I voted for no reason, but that's not true. I had a reason which I posted (on the same page, page 22) not a few posts earlier. I simply didn't feel the need to repeat myself. Here it is:

JND you make a pretty good point here. If you look at Serbia's post carefully he sounds defensive even though he's not the one with votes on him.

I also had a vote on me on Day 1 for suggesting the hider say who they hide with before the night begins. I can only say that I'm not 100% familiar with how the Hider role works, so I made a mistake. I've been told I'm a good mafia player, but it doesn't mean I'm experienced. I've only completed 3 games where I was in them for most of the game.

Exactly. There are too many x factors when it comes to CMK's role. If he is telling the truth then it's not enough to merit a lynch by any means but if he's lying then the townies are royally screwed. Everyone just measure his usefullness against how badly he can screw us over.

As for all the theories, they are good. I won't give any info on characters you see in photos though. Just realize, if I'm using it in the game...it's probably for a reason ! Carry on....

Reading the Talapus Night Log, I came up with some thoughts:

1. Did gimpy roleblock CMC? He "used the keys obtained by one of the guards to enter the security station."

2. Did a doctor protect CMC, keeping The Joker from killing him?

3. CMC seemed to get a lot of attention. It appears a number of power roles targeted him, and it was in a way that would suggest CMC is Pro-Gotham...mainly because the Joker wants to kill him.

4. Could The Joker and Riddler be scum buddies? The Riddler blocks him while The Joker goes for the kill? Could they be scum buddies with Serbia? Protecting Serbia by roleblocking and trying to kill CMC to keep him from hiding with Serbia, who after what happened on Day 1, was the most likely player that CMC would hide with?

5. Does the "concealed weapon" the Riddler reached for have any significance?

6. Why was Gordon wet when it did not rain? Maybe it was Mr. Freeze? Did he kill Gordon with an icicle (white light?) and then it melted during the 6 hours he was dead?

I tend to agree with Anark's view of this game. It's closest to what Talapus has told us...there are a lot of loonies in the Asylum, some connected, some not.

I like Mandy's Freudian reasons.

2. With this one he suggests derf is The Joker. I really doubt The Joker would have such a small role. The Joker should have a strong (probably strongest) Anti-Gotham role. He tried to kill CMC last night, right? This game takes place in an Asylum. I tend to think that derf is simply a nobody nut job with no powers or significance. Maybe kwanton is The Joker or is trying to "protect" the Joker by trying to make people think derf is the Joker.
