Cleared for being multis and sorry but we do not have the technology for pursuing minority reports as of this time. They must be friends or have grown to enjoy playing games together.

You didnt answer the question of if it is LEGAL to play as a team.
Although I consider it unethical, I am not adverse to using every legal means to get a win if others are allowed to use a tactic.

It is not allowed to play as a team if it's not a team game.

People do team up in games, which is legal as long as all their conversations are in game chat.

I think the point here was that just because people join a game at the same time, doesn't mean they're going to team up.
