tie breaker ideas for doubles game

4 teams - 1 with both players, the other 3 with 1 player each. Any suggestions for a fair way to do a tie breaker? The team with 2 player is taking a card between themselves to get spoils; the other 3 teams are just sitting and stacking.

suggest each player to attack and lose as many troops or more as they deploy
