Specifics/Details:
Disable all type of formatting available in forum posts for user ConfederateSS
This can be done by simply filtering all his posts and leaving only letters Aa..Zz, numbers 0..9, and give him some punctuation options like ! and , but no periods.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
It would make his post a bit intelligible
Some people would actually read his posts
The content of his posts will finally show and we'll realise we're not missing anything. I don't know if others but since my mind went blank every time I attempted to read one of his posts, I simply assumed he was just too smart and that's why I couldn't understand him.
