CAD23 and Lembastick are defiantly multis or friends playing 3 player games targeting the 3rd player, they have been playing tons of games together mostly 3 players I believe and CAD23 wins most of the time, in the game I just played 20067000 they targeted me not touching each other except to get bonus, I wish CC could make something to give back the points that cheaters steal from others.

It's not been a good day for our friend CAD23, caught breaking every rule we have.
Since I have spent the last few days tracking him, I can clear him of being a multi, but I see definite alliance strategies deployed.
He has already had to buy back his premium once today.

So they will both receive a WARNING for Secret Diplomacy

Thanks bro! At least I am not the only one thinking something is fishy. (It is hard to tell when it is just llama and caffeine replying as those 2 have deeply ingrained mental issues.)

First CAD23 was BUSTED for being a multi with 100% of wins from Terminator17! Then CAD23 was still allowed to play...

Then almost instantly, CAD23 was busted again again with limbastick.

And yet CAD23 is still permitted to play!

Doesn't make any sense.

And then with my other post about clearly the same player with 2 different usernames, he was CLEARED!

I guess I have to prove it to myself that it is possible to be a CLEARED MULTI and still play here.
