Fostering a more friendly and inclusive environment might help this site to grow.

An equalities audit would be a very good start and show site culture was moving in the right direction:

Yep,that certainly does seem that we have reached our levelling out point .....still going but dripping away now.....we are a steady 7,000 which is 2,500 better than a year ago.....so in reality probably 3,000-3,5000 better off than were we would have been without the plague......so every cloud so to speak

7171 today. Yep, I agree it seems to be leveling-off. I would feel a little better about that position if the number increased occasionally, or even just once or twice since the decline reemerged. Only time will tell. I do wish that there was a way to get better retention, considering that we got it all the way up to 14K+ (if my memory is accurate) at the height of the Spring phase of this pandemic.

I have always said that not having a suitable mobile phone interface is a BIG problem; that's likely still the case. I try my best not take turns on my phone if waiting to get back to the PC is a viable option. I definitely would never attempt to play a speed game on my phone.

7,000 .... Those talked of free speed games for all and sundry to hook people in added to potential resign buttons can't come soon enough if we want to keep what we have still gained on this time last year (no matter how high

it did get) .... It really IS that simple
