I did the same thing and somehow KA found that I threw the game. This complaint is pure bullshit but at least it appears that the genius KA isn't the mod on it. There's at least a possibility that logic and thought will go into the ruling now.

Regardless of the way you talked to him. I'd like to know how it is game throwing if you are playing up 2vs1 against him. I call that fighting back.
Even if he didn't throw everything he had against you, he'd still be losing the game. thus no game throwing.
What should he have done? Give us an alternate strategy. His options were as I see it:
A) Do nothing, lose. Sounds fun.
B) Attack you both, lose faster and feel helpless. At least it's something.
C) Attack the one of you who was, in his view, complaining, and lose. He gets some satisfaction here at least.
You're just mad that you are the one he attacked. If he attacks your partner in the team game you decided to play against a single noob, you don't say shit. You don't get to decide how a player plays just because it doesn't suit your needs or desires. You spoke up, you got hit. I'd say based upon your reaction, he hit the right guy. Take it like a big boy and move on.

He didn't cheat. You guys ganged up on him. What he did is the equivalent of flipping the board in real life. It would take a saint to behave any other way when people are being tosspots toward you. CC rules are guidelines on how to behave on CC, but they're not a "one size fits all." If that were the case, people could taunt others into "flipping the board" as you have done, call them out for a "suicide play" and get them warned/suspended/banned. It doesn't work like that. The mods in charge of this will look into your behaviour as well.
I don't think this is how people should be treating new recruits.

Oh absolutely.
It's just when someone is new, first impressions can determine whether they stick around or not. Of course behaving like a turd toward anyone can have the same effect, but a more established player will be more likely to fight back and stand their ground against trolls. These people who enjoy being assholes and think it's cool, should think about the future of CC. Numbers are going down year by year. Making someone rage quit, is one less player to keep this place active and fun.

Being the second stronger player far weaker than the first and attacking the third player (in a 3 players game) is equal to throwing the game. There is no way you can compete the first player without the help of the third one
