The Best CC Players

if we're going by class act with alot of talent its definitely gibbom he won battle royale and even though he held his level alot longer than the other people even with those pesky #1 he still says he doesn't deserve to be where he is. That is a class act if i've ever seen one.

this one isnt about best player, its about a combination of things such as sportsmanship, quality of game and enjoymant as well as their skill.

no no no, the other thread has that requirement (the one made by JR) this one does not and is based upon many other things than points. u will stay up there

these are this thread's requirements

Question: Who is the best (not necessarily the highest scoring) players inside the world of CC. Some factors to consider when answering:

1. The best games you've played
2. How much you've learned from these players
3. There attitude when playing games.
4. Please don't select yourself LOL
5. People you would consider a champ, a comrade, a friend.

When I get enough names, I can add them to a poll

you win on all of those.

Wacicha, I will take you off the list if you REALLY want to, but there are a lot of people who want to vote for you. Read this blog, and see how many things people said about you: Good team player, respectful, courteous, one who would not vote for himself, etc. And besides, its going to be both bad and pointless if I take your name your name down cause a lot of people are going to vote "other" in the next blog. Please reconsider.......

The best cc player is not just with the highest score, but also one whom other people want to play with. He is a friend, and comrade, a good sportman. He's not out there for the rank or the points (well actually he is, but..) rather he's there to play the game.

C'mon guys you're embarassing me

I've you've seen me try to play 6 player escalating games with captains+ you wouldn't have nominated me! I think I've won 1/10 or something

Some more deserving nominees:

Blitz - goes without question, one of the class players of the site both in skill and behaviour
Maniacmath17 - don't know how he does it in 6 player esc

I'd also add Genghis Khan CA. I'm biased cos he's my brother and sometime doubles partner, but look where he is on the scoreboard after 200 games (and no battle royale points). He'll only get better too!

There are many others who are great CC players by your criteria, but I either haven't played them enough or they're already on your list. These are just the ones that leapt to mind.

Anyway, I unfortunately haven't played too many of these great players. From the Scoreboard and the forums I will vote for maniacmath, as it is the singles that take the most skill (IMO).

However, can't ignore some of those who have played mostly doubles - Blitz had some acheivment when he reached 4200 odd points, to name but one of those players.

I have been taken apart a few times in doubles games against better players though - I believe my biggest defeats probably came at the hands of Nephilim and Eddymush who beat me badly a couple of times.

However, almost everyone on here is great as a person - the forums show that (except for a select few who shall remain nameless)

Yes indeed, maniac is an OUTSTANDING player...
But you should also look a little farther down the scoreboard to the 2nd highest ranked singles player... coming in at #10 while having played only half as many games....

OK FOLKS

We have a small problem.....As much as I would like to place everybody's names of the list I cannot since the everybody's names will not fit inside the voting poll. I know I have to come up with another idea of voting. We could vote for primaries and then select five of so of the best names and place them on a poll. Tell me what you all think before we start voting.

Yes, but the problem is I may have to take off a quite many names, and I don't want to be unfair......It may be better to start off with a primary.

yes, we already have a thread dedicated to scores, this was about other things, do not bring score into this too much.
