That's how I want it to be in the RoRF but with so many people it can be hard to keep track of all of it. That's why I've decided to do a leader for a week thing. Every other week I would pick an active member at random and let them lead for a week. To Chad, the RoRF couldn't be like how the RS is now. It has to do with the people's beliefs about things and it has to have a common goal, which we do in the Rogue State.
