The New Yorker seems to be the only outlet claiming that. In other cases we are hearing he lived in the house at one time but has moved into a school bus in the yard of the home while this wife and there children were living in the house.

Given the fact the New Yorker is widely known for having to publish corrections after confusing elements of a story I'm not inclined to instantly believe them. In any case, we'll be able to confirm tomorrow once he's charged and we can compare the address in the charging papers to Google street view.

There were other people (servants?) inside the Pelosi residence continuing to answer the door and attend to guests even while a life and death struggle between the husband of the third in line to the presidency and a nudist BLM activist was happening in the background.

The illegal alien who unlawfully entered the United States on Barack Obama's watch, and who attacked Paul Pelosi, will be deported to Canada, the Department of Homeland Security has announced.

The man accused of breaking into House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s house and attacking her husband with a hammer could be deported from the U.S. after he is released from custody, the Department of Homeland Security said Thursday.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE, lodged an “immigration detainer” on 42-year-old Canadian national David DePape, DHS told CNBC in a statement. The detainer requests that the San Francisco County Jail notify ICE before DePape is done serving time so that the immigration officers can take custody of him. ICE places immigration detainers on arrested individuals who it believes it can deport under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
