Against the USA...The USA won....Then 1st knockout round...USA vs Brazil...On July 4th....Brazil was up 1-0..1st half with one red card...Played the 1st half one man down...Ten minutes in the 2nd half got another red card..They played 2 men down the rest of the game... Brazil played keep away ...The USA could not do anything....The final , Brazil 1---The USA 0....In hockey terms...For over 30 minutes, the USA had a 2 man power play...Was shutout on the 4th of July...ouch... I heard that Escobar's murder had to do with betting, but I don't think we can be sure, especially when it happens in a drug cartel-controlled country like Colombia in mid 1990s.
