The second question refers to another situation where xtra was upset because a illegal immigrant was provided a laywer for court, just like any other "criminal" would in the US.
For my response to the first thing you said, read my above post. It would just cause more harm than good to get rid of them, even if you wanted to.
It may do harm if we deported them all now, but that isn't logistically possible. However finding and deporting them over a 10 year period is, this would allow businesses to find replacement workers and allow for a smoother transition. This would only work if our borders were secure of course.
Youre point on out sourcing really chaffs my ass. not all but most of the jobs stolen by illegal immigrants are service sector jobs, these types of jobs can not be out sourced, simply because of their nature.
Who would agree to fund forcing them out? The matter is, not a business anywhere near the area would like to see them out, and as you know, business controls America. Getting them to leave no matter what is not logical. Even over a 10 year time period, you would have massive labor shortages. It will not work.

It will work and it's going to happen! Once politicians see that they will be voted out of office and the political parties see their money running dry, they will do what the American People want! One of the Main reasons why the republicans lost seats in the last election. The democrats seem to think they are immune to this happening to them, they are WRONG!
We will continue to remove from office those reps who don't actually represent their constituents. The more the repub and dems refuse to listen to the people the greater chance of the rise of a 3rd major political party, it can't come soon enough for me!

When i was in high school, many years ago. I worked for a time at McDonalds, the staff was American teenagers and American senior citizens.
At that time we didn't have a problem with illegal immigration like today but if i were in high school today, YES my job would have been taken by an Illegal Immigrant, just like many Americans jobs are today.
I am only saying this to hopefully help you, but you lack the knowledge to form an educated opinion on the subject! and the fact that you don't believe continued illegal immigration will be the demise of this great country, shows an incredible lack of foresight.

YES! When illegal immigrants go to the Emergency Room and don't pay the bill it causes medical services to INFLATE and in turn the amount I pay in insurance goes up!There are a lot of other ways as well. (When they use social services its TAXPAYER money they are getting) You need to look at the big picture...illegal immigration hurts America in FAR more ways then we benefit from it. And it will, if left unchecked, be the downfall of the world's one remaining superpower.
So they should go back to their own country to die on the dirt floor of their mud hut. You only deserve health care if you first can afford it and second are born into a country that has it.
