anyway: There has been many examples of a change of rules; it has not ALWAYS been ONE letter. Read this thread beyond this page......such as the OP.

Did you see the example where he himself, who set the "Rules" and then added TWO letters and that conflicted with the Title and the rule? And did you look at other examples of such violations of this "rule"? And who has used BOLD here recently? Are all those non-bold ILLEGAL entries? You are opening a can of worms, VOT.

And with a 6 year hiatus, did the rules get reset?

Let's have FUN and avoid too many legalities and only call out the most egregious violations. Otherwise this fun thread may degenerate into a thread like a political one.
