A couple of years after your first tournaments we implemented the rule that you need at least 16 participants to be eligible for a Tournament Achievement Medal for the winner and a Tournament Contribution Medal for the organizer. So, this would not be recognized as an official tournament.
This also means that we cannot give you privileges, nor can the Tournament Department grant you any prizes.
The best I can do is allow you to use the tournament forums.
