Game Finder Loading Stalls

The game finder page doesn't finish loading.

Several busy cursors continue spinning without end. Not all of the contents of the page load. See attached screenshot.
My father (General Brewsie, in Spain) sees the issue on his computer, but I (in the USA) do not.
He shared screens with me to show me the symptoms. They are reproducible.
The symptoms occur on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

Yes, it is all taken care of. The problem arose with ExpressVPN connected. I've left the VPN connected many times in the past, so this was an anomaly. Diconnecting it eliminated the problem completely.
