Not receiving alerts

Hi…have always had alerts set up on my profile … but don’t appear to be receiving them anymore.
Last week I had a load come in a day that were for previous turns and then restarted… but they have stopped again now for a few days.

Cheers.. they have just all started coming through now… but if it starts again I’ll take your advice.
