Settings: Flat, chained, sunny ... 30-round limit.
Style: 1 vs. 1
Objective: Win matches, win tourneys, collect prize $$$ as the season moves along. Top the money list at the end of the summer and you win the CC tournament title. I will also work on some side objectives for CC prizes as well (TBA).
I put a sign-up deadline up for this one. I'm aiming for around 48-64 players, but will make adjustments if needed. Minimum of 24 players required to get this one off the ground
Players will compete in 12 tournaments throughout the season. Tournaments are divided into 3 categories. Seedings for the tourneys will be based on the money list with the exception of the season-opening Aussie Open which will be based on CC ranks.
1. Grand Slams - Aussie Open, French Open, Wimbledon and the US Open.
All players will gather in the same bracket for this tourneys that offer the biggest payouts.
2. Majors - These tourneys are one level below a Grand Slam event. Reserved for the top players on the money list. Mid-level prize money offered.
3. Satellite tourneys - These are the low-level tourneys scattered around the world, filled in by players in the lower half of the money list. Low-level prize money, but if you advance in these tourneys you can definitely move up the list.
*** Note: If a player is highly ranked but would prefer to place in a Satellite tourney, you may request a spot. (See schedule tourneys/maps below).
