I confirm that I have received my role and that I have read nothing yet. I'm absolutely swamped this week. I'll get some in before tonight. Everyone voting me (if any) can f*ck right off
I have search in my memory and when I read the names mentioned in the serie then I reacall that I have actually watched I think two seasons or are there three seasons?
kongming3, in the mafia handbook section of the mafia forums there are some blue links including one that says mafia and you. That gives more information on special roles. Idk how specific we get to know the exact roles or number of mafia vs town.
Right now I'm thinking no lynch because we have no information. I'm new to this and could be convinced
While I understand the thought there Annie, I would have to disagree with you on that premise. While there is a higher risk to hit town we need to start extracting information and getting a cadence going otherwise its just a free hit.

Who is lore?
Lore is just knowledge of the backstory of anything, films, games. Why hobbits like second breakfasts. Came from this

And Line of Duty is a high-stakes British police procedural BBC, One that follows the investigations of Anti-Corruption Unit 12 (AC-12) as they "police the police".
The Core Team is made of Superintendent Ted Hastings: The old-school leader of AC-12, famous for his "mother of god" catchphrases and unshakeable moral compass.
DS Steve Arnott: A former counter-terrorism officer who joined AC-12 after refusing to participate in a police cover-up.
DI Kate Fleming : A specialist undercover officer who infiltrates units suspected of corruption Fandom.
In Line of Duty, the "bad guys" are broadly categorized into two groups that work together: Organised Crime Groups (OCG) and "Bent Coppers" (corrupt police officers). So i think we might have that here aswell?
Where is Loose to make a goosy theory about flavour and set-up when you need him?

Two good things here. Yes, we lynch D1. Don't hand over the hand to scum. Make them tremble. Also the vote on Son!c
Has Strike fucked off as I unwittingly told him to? That's a shame.
If we should vote night 1 because time is not on our side, I'd sooner vote for the player who said they had limited time than the one who added fun backstory. And I'd vote for someone who said nothing at all before either of them.

Almost brand new to mafia, brand new to CC mafia
Heard. Most of the time the first votes are just for fun and as the day progresses we can do exactly what you state and start to find those who are just lurking around or choose to pressure someone. The later days will have some sort of information but since the first day is blind, just any communication is key.
Based on what you are saying though, Ill backoff and await and push more on a lurker rather than my vote joke since that doesnt seem to be taking off in this game
i assumed all the votes up to now were just jokes and the game would "officially" start once all have confirmed.
i see the argument for a D1 lynch. but unless someone stands out, i would rather not take the risk of accidentally lynching a power role townie for the sake of feeling we need to do something
I think they're joke votes too, but Strike was right in fucking off
Basically, you're saying that unless someone - which could be scum or town - makes a booboo, you'll settle for a no lynch, tonight's death of one or more townies, and any luck any investigative powers have tonight. If no luck, we'll just repeat that. Is that correctly understood?
I am new to this site Ragian, brand new! Always the excuse people use anyway.
We have the two camps normally, Traf with his no vote day 1 for his reasons and EW who always say we need to vote day 1 so that you play first before scum, not giving scum the first move. Personally, I don't mind either but we need to start voting to get a claim out or at least getting the game going. So at this stage I will jump on the wagon with Sonic and Vote djfireside. No hard feelings DJ
As always, I am all for lynching day 1 as it gives town the most information and doesn't simply give up the day for no compensation. Vote SoN!c for claiming suspicion on the only 100% confirmed townsfolk to me and not answering my question!
i don't see a no lynch day one as just handing the first move to scum. if we target a townie with a role and they're forced to make a claim, that gives scum a good target to hit. without knowing the actual numbers, i'd say it's about 50-50 that scum hit someone vanilla if they don't get that sort of info. and sure, only scum get to kill at night, but we should have roles that can take action as well. so the night isn't just for the scum
I think we have to wait for the last confimes ot that LC says they are out of the game ? This will be my third Mafia game and I'm not sure that I will act as in the previous two ... cf. Ragian
