I don't think that Devante can tell us anything about his past life, Devante can tell us if a character name now, but not former.

Again, I like Annie's post. I agree that we shouldn't put too much thought into flavour. And as for the first season (which I've just finished - nice show, LC!), Kate Fleming is not just a supportive role, she's instrumental in unravelling the bent coppers.

@Son!c, how do you feel about KingM at this point?

We should have lynched Kingm D1 and gone from the flip.

But both Charle and Traf stayed completely off that wagon.
Especially Charle’s total absence on Kingm is weird — he’s saying Kingm is Town “like he knows it.” How can you not question Kingm’s crazy D1 play at all?

Traf, who conveniently did not track “vanilla Kingm”, is 100 % defence mode and nothing else — even on D2. Why is that?
His reasoning is still not landing. “I tracked a suspected Town instead of the most obvious suspect because I was scared of looking like I was faking a tracker again”?

Fake claiming is an art. The best ones feel natural, fit the narrative, and give Town just enough info to seem helpful without being easily disproven.
The worst ones — desperate, inconsistent, and poorly timed — are instant lynch fodder.
And Traf’s claim is leaning heavily toward the “worst fodder” category.

@Charle — If you’re Town I get you’re trying to be careful, but listing Traf in your Town quartet right now feels a bit off. It’s looking more and more like a desperate save.
On D2 scum coordinate with the rest of their team — one scum can fake a role while another supports it… and this is exactly how all that feels.

We need consensus and a lynch today. If the consensus shifts to Kingm, so be it. But my gut is still screaming Traf is scum.

PS @Devante: the question was just about the original mod PM you received in your new life. I know you can’t talk about your past role — sorry if that wasn’t clear.

Kingm, tell us your real role. Nobody thinks you're vanilla.

So do we think there was a blocked attempt on Ragian and something else happened to Devante or just the one successful attempt on Dev?

Sonic is pushing for a lot of role info and I also want role info but last I heard, pushing for role info was scum-coded. Where are we landing on this?

Sonic! Me and Rags have both said looking into the chattiest person who throws around so much theory was a good idea! My biggest thing about Traf is the same thing I have against strike wolf and it's their selective attitude towards bringing comments forward. I'll reread that section now that I'm not so hungover...I mean, uh, so tired from the stakeouts... I mean, now that I'm feeling clear headed! Big question remains of how are we going to get 8 votes on anyone at all?

Charle, you can't just be shouting things like that with no explanation.

In the series H is made out of 4 bent coppers so knowing LC we will have 4 scum here too.

With 4 scum out of 15 players, the mafia scum team have a strong voting bloc (about 26% of the game). This is a big problem when having 3 zombie ghosts.. Hence the sus on Charle staying away from the D1 lynch. Also his "I think Dev is scum!" is funny but also it feels like he knows we know..distraction..

Then the 11 town is probably 7 vanilla and 4 PR like :

1 Investigative Cop
1 Protective Doctor.
1 Bodyguard - (role exposed by Charle's letter).

(those 3 roles for 95% sure) and then a Information/Voting role like Tracker, Watcher, Jailkeeper.. So I don't think we have 2 trackers (on the same side).

The Town Tracker (watcher) vs Mafia Tracker however creates a fun "tracker war" dynamic — both sides are hunting for information on visits..

That would be so LC..

Also with 4 scum, the town must be active in day discussions and town cannot afford to lynch blindly. In day discussions we should keep pushing suspected scum. And lynch all liars.

What if it's 2 bodyguards in place of one Dr? Or two 2-shot trackers instead of one every-night tracker?

This isn't Salem with a bunch of dumbass pilgrims. This is an elite police department.

Papertrail would be an incredibly dumb power without more limited shot players.

We know there's at least some roles in the silent crew.

Everywhere I look, I see roles! Seven vanilla townies is not a theory I'm happy to build from.

But then the flip on Devante suggests almost everybody has a PR (even if it's a very small one like "paper Trail"). Still; the fun "tracker war" dynamic would fit LC's setup way better.

And look what Traf said first thing in the morning (D2)=

Why you think so. i mean with this ammount of players is likely to have 2 kills in 1 night, I'll give you that, but some deaths might come slowly, like if poison or something like bombs or wahtever have delay effect deviced by Loose. But also 3 inactive players that the mod does not kill, so it's cause they have rolls, let's see if they show up today:

I mean,if Traf is town then he could not know i was town at that moment. But he caught me redhanded visiting Ragian and nothing of sus.?? Not even the slightest..? When i even asked "dang, i expected another kill tonight"...

Thanks for the vote of confidence, Son!c <3 However, if I were no.1 scum target, I'd probably also be protected (going by the same logic). I.e. scum would stay away. Or you blocked a kill. I don't know...

@Annie & Son!c, while I think that theorising over the setup makes sense to some extent (like Son!c's point about there being four scum), I don't see how guessing at roles will get us anywhere (apart from Annie's point that there must be more roles that are "x no. shot") because ultimately it's up to LC and his attempt at balancing the game.

For what it's worth, I don't see an inherent discrepancy between Traf claiming tracker and my role. What I'm iffy about is the same stuff that Son!c is iffy about: Traf's play. I'm quite sure I've explained what I don't like about Traf's play earlier, and Son!c keeps throwing valid points into that mix. I'm not opposed to lynching Traf. He might be a scum tracker. As mentioned, I think it would make sense - given that we're weeding out bent coppers - that scum have usual town roles.

@Son!c, yes, we should've lynched KingM D1, but some people jumped ship in the last minute. Even if the lynch wouldn't have happened anyway due to non-posters and other scummy clientel, you guys made sure it wouldn't happen by changing votes. Just saying... But hey, we could remedy that.

Let's investigate this a bit closer.

Asumme kill atempt Ragian:

- Does it means that scum tried to kill Ragian but was blocked and ended up in a Devante kill?
- If so. it follows that it's a townie blocked a kill attempt on Ragian ?
or
- was it a Sonic protection that saved Ragian and no roleblock.
- if so, there were two kill atemps ?
