No kidding. £150K is nothing if you want a house.

Denton, Texas or the surrounding areas.

What's up with making bison as part of the criteria?

*shutter*....eeehhhh...Texas...

PA's main city's like Philly, Pittsburg and Harrisburg are horrible. But out towards Lancaster there are some good farm lands. I would think its pretty cheap too.

If Illinois is so awesome, how come over half the people in Illinois come to Wisconsin

Obviously Wisconsin > Illinois

However Colorado would be nice to live in

Try out here in Wyoming, we already have a few Bison ranches. Not exactly farm country, but bison, chickens and a vegetable garden would work quite well here. Not to mention there is alot of room out here to live in. Big state, low population. :)

Depends on where you want live there. Aspen is nice, but that's about it. Here in Wyoming, we don't exactly like those greenies coming up here for a few reasons.

I'd love to grab some land in Jackson Hole; but for $300k.....

No Way!

Maybe add a million to that.

Beautiful country there.

True, Wisconsin is somewhere in the middle, our house is about 250,000 and it's almost 30 years old
I went to North Dakota once and found their riverfront properties are about 300k-500k, but lakefront property in Wisconsin is about 500k-750k
